Exclusive: Fontainebleau Las Vegas announces loyalty program
Las Vegas is getting a shiny, towering new hotel when the highly anticipated Fontainebleau Las Vegas — a project years in the making — finally opens its doors Dec. 13. And with it comes an all-new loyalty program for people looking to play or stay at the new 67-floor resort on the north end of the Strip.
Called Fontainebleau Rewards, the inclusive, tiered program allows members to "earn exclusive benefits and a passport to limitless luxury during every visit," according to Fontainebleau, through gameplay in the casino as well as on money spent throughout the rest of the property.
"Fontainebleau Rewards is truly one-of-a-kind in that every member has an opportunity to curate their own Fontainebleau experience and unlock special loyalty benefits," Mark Tricano, president of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, exclusively told TPG. "Not only do they have the power of expanded choice, but they've been granted an exclusive passport into the limitless luxury that awaits inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas."

How Fontainebleau Rewards works
Members of Fontainebleau Rewards earn different types of points or credits (detailed below) through gameplay and cash purchases in most areas of the resort, including the hotel, restaurants, bars, lounges, day and nightlife venues, Lapis Spa & Wellness, fitness center, and Fontainebleau-owned retail shops.
Here's a breakdown of the different types of points and credits:
| Credit/point system | Breakdown |
|---|---|
Tier credits | Earn tier credits to advance to a higher tier status. Each status unlocks additional rewards, bigger benefits and even more exclusive access. |
Bleau points | Earn Bleau points to accumulate resort credit for eligible Fontainebleau Las Vegas experiences. Redeem Bleau points on your hotel stay, at restaurants and Lapis Spa and Wellness, and more. |
Play points | Earn Play points on your favorite machines to accumulate slot play credit. |
Tier credits can be earned through spending on slots, video poker and table play, plus hotel and resort spending. Bleau points are earned on slots and video poker, plus hotel and resort spending. And Play points are earned on slots and video poker.
Here's a breakdown of how members will earn each type of points and credits:
| Credit/point system | Earnings |
|---|---|
Tier credits | 3 credits for every $1 of rated play and 5 credits for every $1 spent on qualifying hotel and resort purchases |
Bleau points | 3 points for every $1 of rated play and 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying hotel and resort purchases |
Play points | 2 points for every $1 of rated play |
For clarity, Fontainebleau determines "rated play" by your average bet, game type and length of play.
As the various credits and points start to accumulate, members can redeem them in different ways:
| Credit/point system | Redemption |
|---|---|
Tier credits | N/A (earning these points helps you reach elite status in the program, detailed below) |
Bleau points | 100 Bleau points = $1 of resort credit |
Play points | 100 Play points = $1 of slot play |
As with all loyalty programs, there's some fine print that's important to note. Unused Bleau points and Play points expire 13 months after they're earned, and Play points can only be redeemed at eligible slot machines, excluding progressives and electronic table games.

Fontainebleau Rewards tiers
The new loyalty program has four different levels. Travelers who sign up are instantly granted Bleau status, which comes with perks like members-only room rates, personalized offers and invitations, and access to BleauLive entertainment presales. From there, members who work their way up the elite status ladder can earn even more benefits.

How to enroll
Those interested in joining Fontainebleau Rewards can pre-enroll in the program ahead of the resort's opening Dec. 13 by visiting the program's website. Better yet, people who pre-enroll are given a limited-time offer to save up to 30% on bookings at Fontainebleau Las Vegas if booked before Dec. 14, bring rates as low as $105 per night (plus taxes and fees) for certain dates through January.

Bottom line
It's been an exciting (and hectic) year for Sin City, and the upcoming opening of Fontainebleau Las Vegas will be one of the crowning moments of a period that's seen the opening of the Sphere, the highly discussed Las Vegas Grand Prix and more. While we'll have to wait to see how the resort itself stacks up, we're excited to have an inside look at its loyalty program that rewards both gamblers and people who'd rather spend their money on dining and shopping.
TPG will be on the ground in Las Vegas for the grand opening, so keep your eyes out for news on what the property is actually like.
