Fitness center or free breakfast? Here are the guaranteed offerings at midpriced Marriott brands
Sometimes, finding the right hotel for your needs and price point can feel as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack.
If you are traveling with kids, you may want to find a property with a pool. If you are traveling for business, you might want a fitness center and free breakfast so you can stick to your routine. If you are bringing your four-legged friend along, you'll need a hotel that accommodates pets.
To make your next hotel search simpler, we've compiled a list of the amenities that are guaranteed at mid-priced Marriott hotel brands like Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn. No matter which property you visit, you can look forward to generous offerings like pool access, a fitness center, complimentary breakfast or pet-friendly rooms.
Here's what amenities you can expect at mid-priced Marriott hotels.
Courtyard by Marriott

Courtyard by Marriott properties are great for families and business travelers alike. Guest rooms often have comfortable seating and desks located near sleeping areas. If you work remotely or regularly travel for business, many Courtyard hotels have large lobbies, fast-casual restaurants, grab-and-go snack areas and several public spaces to meet with colleagues.
Whether you stay in Times Square or Tokyo, this is what is guaranteed at every Courtyard by Marriott property:
Fitness center or pool
Every Courtyard by Marriott property has a fitness center open seven days a week, and most are available 24 hours a day. Equipment varies by location, but you can expect to find cardio equipment, dumbbells, weight machines and workout mats regardless of where you go. Most locations also have towels and water available. Several locations also offer pool access, while others have a full-blown water park.
SpringHill Suites

If you are traveling with multiple kids or a large group, SpringHill Suites is the perfect choice. Every guest room is designed to sleep at least four guests, with one king or two queen/double beds in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the living area. You'll also find a kitchenette with a microwave and minifridge as well as a workspace with a desk and chair.

Here's what else you are guaranteed to find at every SpringHill Suites property:
Complimentary breakfast

The breakfast spread at SpringHill Suites may vary slightly by location, but you can always expect to find a mix of on-the-go items like sandwiches, staples like waffles and pastries as well as customizable bowls with ingredients like yogurt, granola and fruit. Guests can also enjoy Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee with their meal.
Fitness center or pool
All SpringHill Suites locations have fitness centers with equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells and adjustable weight machines so you can stay active while on vacation. Most properties will also have a swimming pool.
Residence Inn

Residence Inn properties are primarily designed for extended stays. Guest rooms come equipped with separate spaces for living, working and sleeping. There are also full kitchens with cookware and tableware included.
Fitness center or pool

All Residence Inn locations have an on-site fitness center with a range of strength training and cardio equipment. Some also have pools where you can swim a few laps or cool off after a long day.
Complimentary breakfast

Complimentary breakfast at a Residence Inn usually includes eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt and, of course, all the coffee your caffeinated heart desires. Because every room has a full kitchen, you also have the option to cook for yourself if you prefer.
Fairfield by Marriott

Fairfield by Marriott properties are equally accommodating to business and leisure travelers. They feature modern rooms designed to be comfortable whether you stay for one night or one month. Several locations have outdoor spaces with cozy seating and fire pits so you can make the most of your time there.
