ST. PANCRAS RENAISSANCE HOTEL, LONDON
Originally opened in 1873, this iconic building is just steps from the mammoth Kings Cross St. Pancras interchange train station. Nearby, the new Coal Drops Yard development features a wide range of exciting fashion and hospitality venues.
It's considered to be one of London's most romantic hotels with its traditional Victorian design and furnishings. You might have more of a 1990s flashback than an 1890s one when entering its opulent common areas. Why? This hotel was the location of the Spice Girls' breakthrough hit Wannabe video in 1996.

Park Hyatt, Sydney
Situated right on one of the most iconic harbors in the world, the Park Hyatt is a long-time TPG favorite. Eric Rosen returned to find the spa-style bath suites, incredible Globalist breakfast, rooftop pool and thoughtful Australian minibars were just as good as he remembered. Oh, and waking up with views of Sydney Harbour with the nearby Harbour Bridge and Opera House doesn't hurt either. The property is popular with touring musicians, too. The likes of Lady Gaga, the Rolling Stones, Elton John and Rihanna have all enjoyed this property while Down Under.

THE ROYAL HAWAIIAN, HONOLULU
Right on the famous Waikiki Beach is the Royal Hawaiian, affectionately known as the Pink Palace of the Pacific. Travelers with a strong interest in local history will find plenty to love about the immaculately maintained, legendary property. Now part of Marriott's Luxury Collection of hotels, this resort has hosted screen legends like Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Joe DiMaggio. More recently, Ellen Degeneres was spotted here. The property was also the location of the film "Punch Drunk Love" starring Adam Sandler.

Cromlix Castle, Scotland
Hyatt's Small Luxury Hotels is a fantastic chance to stay at some truly unusual properties while still earning and redeeming valuable World of Hyatt points. How is a castle in Scotland unusual? The elegant Victorian Perthshire mansion, three miles from the town of Dunblane, is now a fully refurbished 15-bedroom five-star hotel. With a focus on luxury and privacy, you may not see any other guests, which makes celebrity spotting difficult in this truly unique property. However, you can just ask to speak to the owner -- U.S. Open, Olympic and Wimbledon tennis champion Andy Murray.

THE DOMES OF ELOUNDA, GREECE
One of the most family-focused spa resorts in Europe, Domes of Elounda on the Greek island of Crete is all about making sure everyone in the family has a relaxing and fun holiday. With daycare starting at four months, a kids club and babysitting, children of all ages will be properly cared for and entertained while parents can enjoy soaking up the sun with views over the Aegean Sea and enjoying delicious Greek cuisine. British celebrity chef James Martin is a fan, filming some of his Taste of Crete television series next to the hotel's spectacular swimming pool.

Andaz West Hollywood, Los Angeles
Constructed in 1963 (the first property on the Sunset Strip), this hotel has quite a rock star history -- especially during the 60s and 70s. Little Richard and Jim Morrison lived there when it was known as the Continental Hyatt House. Keith Richards once famously dropped a television out of the window of the hotel, and Led Zeppelin's John Bonham once rode his motorbike down the hallway -- wrecking the carpet in the process. You're unlikely to see such raucous behavior nowadays. ST. REGIS BORA BORA, FRENCH POLYNESIA
French Polynesia is a dream location, and especially popular with honeymooners. A-list couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban chose the beautiful St. Regis Bora Bora for their honeymoon back in 2006 and if you've kept up with the Kardashians, you may also remember their visit there. Hotel Martinez, Cannes
The beautiful French Riviera is no stranger to celebrities, especially during the internationally renowned Cannes Film Festival in May each year. All those visiting celebrities need somewhere to sleep in and recuperate from the film premieres, cocktail parties and press conferences. So, why not try the Hotel Martinez in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt? Opened in 1929, this five-star Art Deco hotel boasts stunning views over the Bay of Cannes and the Croisette, and has a private beach. THE NEW YORK EDITION
The building, which was erected in 1909 as the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower, is known for its picturesque clock tower, blending history with an elegant, modern hotel. There's also a Michelin-starred restaurant by Jason Atherton with 360-degree views of the city that never sleeps. It's a favorite of Posh Spice Victoria Beckham. The property also hosted Rihanna's New York Fashion Week party with a guest list that include Joe Jonas, Gigi Hadid, Chris Rock and Justin Timberlake.

WALDORF ASTORIA, NEW YORK
The Waldorf Astoria New York is currently closed for extensive multi-year renovations. However, it's hosted so many celebrity guests, we had to include it in our list. The hotel was reportedly the first hotel to offer room service and to hire female chefs -- the first woman was hired as a chef in 1931. The signature dish of the hotel, the Waldorf Salad, was created in the 1890s; back in the 1950s, the price was close to just $1.
U.S. presidents from John F. Kennedy to Ronald Reagan have made this their New York hotel of choice, even leaving memorabilia in the famous Presidential Suite. In more recent years, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have stayed here, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.
