Today Only: $7 Off Uber/UberEats Using Venmo Pay

Through Friday only, Uber is offering $7 off of one ride or $7 off of an UberEats delivery order with code VENMO2DAY.
Add promo code VENMO2DAY into the Uber app (Payment > Add Promo Code), then link your Venmo and Uber accounts. Once complete, the code will get you $7 off your next Uber ride or $7 off your next UberEats order. This deal expires Friday, Sept. 28, at 6:05pm ET. This non-targeted code should work for new and existing Uber or UberEats customers alike.
If you don't see the option to add Venmo as a payment method within your Uber app, go to the App Store and update the app, then try again. The app will prompt you to enable Touch ID/Face ID and authorize a passcode in order to link the two services.
Also remember that UberEats counts as part of the Uber credit with the Platinum Card® from American Express. Meaning you could stack this $7 discount with the month's $15 credit if you have yet to use it.
