The country of Tanzania is located in East Africa and neighbors Uganda and Kenya. From going on a safari drive to relaxing on a beautiful beach to an excursion in Zanzibar, there are a variety of things to explore when visiting a destination like Tanzania. Turkish Airlines is offering discounted fares to the city of Dar es Salaam from major U.S. cities starting below $700 round trip.

The deals below are for economy seating on Turkish Airlines, which includes a carry-on and first checked bag for free. All flights below include a stop in Istanbul each way.

Flights from Chicago (ORD) to Dar es Salaam (DAR) costs $671 round trip. The deal below is for the middle of April.

For the same price, travelers can go from Newark (EWR) to Dar es Salaam (DAR) for $671 round trip. The deal includes a stop in Istanbul (IST) each way, including an eight-hour layover on the return flight.

Travel options from Washington, D.C. (IAD) to Dar es Salaam (DAR) are available at $713 round trip if booked in mid-April, as seen in the deal below.

Flights from Miami (MIA) to Dar es Salaam (DAR) start at $822 round trip in May. According to Google Flights, this price is over $250 cheaper than usual for the dates below.

Bottom line
