Quick summary

We've sung plenty of praises for the Capital One Venture lineup. The Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card (see rates and fees) and the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card (see rates and fees) offer excellent sign-up bonuses, easy earning structures and impressive travel benefits.

However, there's one more Venture card that is somewhat less glamorous but holds its own against its siblings. The Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card is a great option if you like the simple earning structures and easy-to-use rewards that the Venture X and Venture cards offer but aren't ready to commit to paying an annual fee.

Here's what you need to know about the VentureOne's current offer.

How to redeem Capital One miles

One of the best things about Capital One miles is how simple they are to redeem. You can redeem your miles to "pay" for any travel charges on the card at a rate of 1 mile per 1 cent.

You can also unlock more value by transferring your miles to any of Capital One's transfer partners, an option rarely offered on cards without an annual fee.

Bottom line

The Capital One VentureOne offers the simplicity the Venture lineup is known for, making it an excellent card to add to your wallet. With its 40,000-mile sign-up bonus, the current offer is one of the highest we've seen on a card without an annual fee.
