Despite its relatively small population (it's home to approximately 1.3 million people), Prague — with its eye-catching High Gothic architecture and thriving brewery scene — is one of the most popular destinations in Europe. Now, thanks to a new fare sale, you can snag a discounted autumn flight to the capital of the Czech Republic.
The travel window for this deal is between October and December of this year, and availability varies by route. Departure cities include Boston, Chicago and Detroit — in some cases, you can get more than 50% off the normal rate. As is the norm for these deals, you must book your ticket through an online travel agency to get the absolute lowest price.
This sale is for economy-tier tickets. A carry-on bag is included, but checked luggage costs between $75 and $100 each way, so packing light will save you even more.

There are also good discounts on itineraries from Detroit to the Czech Republic. Icelandair has flights from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) to PRG in early November priced at just $407 round-trip.
If you live in Boston, you can fly round-trip from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to PRG in December starting from $427.
We found some good prices out West for this deal, too. SAS is currently offering tickets to PRG from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) in October for only $444 round-trip. Please note that the return trip has a 15-hour layover in Copenhagen — but that could be a perfect opportunity to explore the Danish capital for a day.
