Flying to Europe can get pricey, but Icelandair is currently offering fares for business-class seats under $1,000 round-trip. If flying to various cities in mainland Europe, you'll connect through Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF), first. There's plenty of availability well into May 2022, for both the departure and arrival cities.

Note that Icelandair's business class seats are comparable to premium economy and are not lie-flat seats that you would expect on other long-haul flights. Still, they offer plenty of legroom and much more comfort if you're looking to fly to Europe on a budget.
