500 Bonus Points for Hilton Stays Booked Through Honors App

Hilton's already running a promotion that allows you to earn 2,000 bonus Honors points per night of each stay between now and April 30, 2017. Now, the chain is giving you the chance to earn even more bonus points for your stays. From now through December 31, 2017, you'll earn 500 bonus Honors points for each stay that you book through the Honors app. You can combine the two offers, meaning you can potentially earn quite a few bonus points on each Hilton stay.
500 Honors points definitely isn't much to write home about — according to TPG's latest valuations they're only worth about $2.50. But, if you have several stays with Hilton planned, there's no reason not to book your stay through the app to claim these bonus points. Note that you have to register here before you're eligible for the promotion.
If you're interested in earning more Honors points in general — consider signing up for the Hilton Honors Surpass Card from American Express. It comes with a sign-up bonus of 75,000 points after you spend $3,000 in the first three months. You'll get automatic Gold status with the card, and you'll earn 12x points on Hilton charges.
