Ravi Ghelani

At TPG, Ravi writes flight and hotel reviews during his escapades around the world. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Ravi would watch planes fly overhead and tell anyone who would listen what carrier and model it was. His childhood obsession with planes became a grown-up obsession with traveling on them. After graduating from Indiana University, he joined the consulting world, which helped him acquire the points to fund luxury experiences all over the globe. In 2017, he put work on hold for a year to travel from Taipei to Sicily, heavily funded by points using strategies learned from the TPG team.

He loves pizza, first class travel and the excitement of landing in an unknown land. When not nerding out on points stuff, you’ll find him at the pub with a pint of a Guinness cheering on Liverpool FC…or at the gym, running off that Guinness.
