Watch Southwest Passengers Nail the Mannequin Challenge
A new viral trend has been sweeping the nation, and none other than Southwest Airlines has hopped aboard the train, recording an awesome rendition of what's now being dubbed the Mannequin Challenge.
The challenge involves a group of people freezing in place, usually in the midst of some sort of action, while a videographer moves around the scene capturing the ghostly subjects. Southwest released a video today via Twitter showing its passengers completing the Mannequin Challenge, all who were frozen in typical (and some not so typical) midair actions.
It's not clear whether or not the plane was in the air when the video was recorded, although at the end it says the the "seatbelt sign was off," implying that the video was recorded in-flight. Regardless, the passengers did a great job of remaining motionless throughout the two-and-a-half minute video.
