Lufthansa debuted an interactive pop-up in NYC Sunday that transported guests back to a bygone era of travel.
The pop-up, held in Soho, featured crew members in original 1950s Lufthansa uniforms and augmented reality experiences that enabled guests to try an outfit out for themselves and see the airline's iconic "Super Connie" Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation aircraft. Not only did the crew show up in authentic 50s gear, but the entire exhibit also showcased original artifacts from the era, including a replica of the carrier's Senator Service cabin (what Lufthansa formerly called its first class) and a vintage terminal.

How we chose these cards
Our points-obsessed staff uses a plethora of credit cards on a daily basis. If anyone on our team wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or a family member, we wouldn’t recommend it on The Points Guy either. Our opinions are our own, and have not been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by our advertising partners.
