If you've been wanting to dine at Fera, the Michelin-starred restaurant inside Claridge’s hotel in London's Mayfair neighborhood, the clock is ticking. A spokesperson confirmed this week that the restaurant will serve its last meal during dinner on Dec. 31, according to Eater.
Claridge's is one of the most iconic, luxurious hotels in the city, though — so rumors are already beginning to swirl about what restaurant will follow in Fera's footsteps. The hottest one right now is that the team behind Eleven Madison Park will be taking over the space. To this, a spokesperson cryptically said: "We will announce future plans for the space later in the New Year." The team would allegedly consist of Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, the duo that currently leads the restaurant in New York City.
