The issuer keeps looking for more spaces to open new lounges, and the latest addition will open in Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) at some point in 2027, as first reported by Thrifty Traveler.

Amex submitted a proposal for a new Centurion Lounge at BOS to Massport, the governing agency that operates the airport. Massport approved the lease at its most recent board meeting, meaning that Amex will be able to move forward with the lounge construction as planned.
The renderings in the proposal are low-resolution, but they show a swanky new space in the works for Boston. (Stay tuned to TPG for more as additional images become available.)
TPG reached out to American Express to confirm the news, but the issuer stopped short of officially confirming the new location in the following statement:
"We’re always looking for ways to expand the Centurion Lounge network in airports our Card Members frequently travel through and have plans to open new Centurion Lounges at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) in Utah and Haneda Airport (HND) in Tokyo in 2025 and at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in New Jersey in 2026. We don’t have any additional details to share at this time."
