Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz's courtesy cancellation if you're unable to travel. Additionally, keep in mind that discounted partner fares may not earn miles with US-based carriers.
With most travel restrictions eased, Cuba is now open for business. Many airlines have been pushing low fares to establish a foothold in the nation, and Delta is now offering flights from major US cities to Havana from just $257 round-trip. We're seeing wide-open availability for trips from December 2016 through June 2017.
You can't use Google Flights to search for this, so you will have to go directly to Delta's website and book there. Make sure you choose the flexible dates option so you can see the lowest fare.
Havana is an amazing city, with plenty to see and eat, but Cuba has other great destinations like Santa Clara and Trinidad. Make sure you do some research before you visit, as access to internet is very limited and making international phone calls can be difficult.
