Rove Miles Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday deals: Rack up transferable rewards on hotels, flights and more
Editor's Note
Rove Miles, a relatively new program in the loyalty space, is kicking off its first Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday with a slew of deals to help members earn bonus miles on hotels, everyday purchases and more.
What can you do with Rove miles? One option is to redeem them through Rove's flight- and hotel-booking platform, where you can often get a value of 2 cents per mile or more. However, you can likely squeeze even more value from your miles by transferring them to Rove's 13 airline and hotel partners, including Air France-KLM Flying Blue and Finnair Plus.
How can you earn more Rove miles this Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday? Let me count the ways.

Plus, members who haven't yet booked a hotel through Rove can earn a big chunk of bonus miles on their first hotel stay:
- Get 5,000 bonus miles when you spend at least $500 with code "TRAVELTUESDAY500."
- Get 10,000 bonus miles when you spend at least $1,000 with code "TRAVELTUESDAY1000."
The hotel bonus miles offer is exclusive to first-time hotel bookings, so if you're new to Rove, now is a great time to set up an account. You can snag 1,000 bonus Rove miles just for joining through TPG's referral link.
And if you take advantage of the hotel bonus offer, don't forget that you'll also earn Rove miles (and potentially hotel points) on the booking.
For instance, I could book a two-night ski weekend at Residence Inn by Marriott Steamboat Springs for $1,807 through Rove. I'd earn 18,070 Rove miles (10 miles per dollar), plus 5,000 bonus miles, for a total of over 23,000 Rove miles. On top of that, I'd also earn Marriott Bonvoy points and elite night credits toward Marriott status.

That's more than enough Rove miles for me to book a one-night stay at the historic Hotel Boulderado.

If you're not sure where your next trip will take you, it could make sense to purchase a gift card that you'll know you'll use later. For instance, I love staying at Airbnbs, but I don't love that I usually can't earn more than 2 points per dollar spent on my vacation rental. With Rove's Travel Tuesday deal, I could buy an Airbnb gift card in the amount I'll need for my next ski weekend and earn a total of 4.2 miles per dollar spent (the current rate of 3.2 miles per dollar plus 1 bonus mile per dollar for Travel Tuesday).
Bottom line
Ready to rack up some Rove miles? Be sure to check the retailers above and make your purchase on either Dec. 1 or 2, before these deals disappear. And if you're new to Rove, join through this link to get 1,000 bonus miles in addition to your Black Friday earnings.
However, keep in mind that many hotels and other travel companies are running sales for Cyber Monday or Travel Tuesday, so it's a good idea to compare prices between Rove's platform and the company's website. If you can get a significantly lower rate by booking directly, those savings could offset the extra rewards you'd earn through Rove.
