    Ann- just sign up for a new account. Use a different address/email and you should be fine. Just forget about the old one :-)

    My wife has our AA account in her own name. If I start my own account is there any hassle to transfer or combine miles? Can we use the same email address? Thanks

    Do the points automatically show up in the account? I signed up, but didn’t seem to be credited, so I’m wondering if I should try again.

    Katie: The same thing happened to me, so I called AA and the rep told me that the miles won’t show up for six – eight weeks after registering. Regardless, thanks for the tip, BK!
