If you missed out on a chance to work on Richard Branson’s private island, here’s your chance for redemption: You can get paid to work and live in a castle on an English isle.

St. Michael’s Mount and its castle are one of Cornwall’s most iconic attractions, and it is hiring a full-time visitor service manager to work on the small island in Mount’s Bay. Last year, St. Michael’s Mount welcomed more than 35,000 visitors, so the staff is looking for someone keen on enhancing the experience of its many visitors. If you end up getting the job, you’ll be responsible for the tourists’ journey from start to finish — beginning in the parking lots and throughout the visit to the castle. The position also manages more than 30 seasonal employees, and it pays between $35,000 to $40,000

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, dedicated and solution-focused individual. Additionally, you’ll need to have experience working in a busy, high-volume venue, be a skilled communicator and be confident overseeing a team. You’ll also want to note the other job requirements and responsibilities for this role.

Not to mention, the job includes the option of staying in the island’s castle and living like the royals. So, get your resume ready and apply now because the job application closes on April 17.
