In a world where airport baggage handlers are often caught on camera carelessly throwing passengers' bags or even stealing valuables from them, Ephraim Sibeko stands out.

The baggage handler at South Africa's Lanseria International Airport (HLA) was filmed going the extra mile to ensure flyers' luggage was taken care of. In the video, taken by a passenger at the airport and posted to social media, Sibeko can be seen standing at the end of the luggage carousel shoot where the bags are dropping on to the conveyor belt. He carefully arranges each suitcase so it's right-side up and straightened out, ready for its owner to grab.

The video was posted to Facebook about two weeks ago by Janine Brand, who was traveling through HLA. It has since been viewed more than 1.2 million times, proving a little extra kindness in the airline customer service department can go a long way.

If your baggage handlers haven't been as solicitous as Sibeko in the past, don't forget you can sign up for a credit card that offers baggage insurance to cover any damages done by an airline while your bag is in transit.
