IHG members can save 25% on summer and fall stays
It might be mid-July, but that doesn't mean it's too late to plan a quick summer getaway or get a jumpstart on booking a trip for the fall — and IHG is here to help.
Starting now through July 29, IHG One Rewards members can save 25% on nightly rates for stays from Sunday to Thursday and 15% for stays on Friday and Saturday nights at participating hotels in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean when booked through IHG channels. Those discounts apply to travel dates between July 18 and Oct. 13.
If you're not already an IHG One Rewards member, it's worth signing up for the free program because while the sale still applies to nonmembers, they can only save 20% on Sunday to Thursday stays (though the 15% weekend discount is for everyone).
Of course, there's always some fine print with a sale, and it is worth noting that these discounts only apply to participating hotels' Best Flexible Rates and may have some blackout dates. Bookings must be made at least three days before check-in, and the discount does not apply to IHG Army Hotels, InterContinental Alliance Resorts, Six Senses resorts or Iberostar Beachfront Resorts.
Most importantly, this sale requires reservations to be fully prepaid. They are also nonrefundable and nonchangeable — once you book, you're locked in.
As for which IHG hotel you should pick, our team is constantly on the hunt for the best properties around — and we're big fans of many of IHG's brands.

For a hip city vacation, consider staying at a Kimpton — the brand has effortlessly cool properties in cities like Nashville; Asheville, North Carolina; and New York City. And don't sleep on a Kimpton resort, especially the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in the Cayman Islands and the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
In New York City, the Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan is conveniently situated close to all the action. As an added bonus, TPG considers it one of the best IHG Hotels in the world thanks to its bigger-than-expected rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and proximity to attractions like Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building.
Or, if you want to head to the opposite of a big city, book a stay at the Hotel Indigo Galapagos in the Galapagos archipelago in Ecuador. There, you can bunk in chic, modern digs while exploring one of the most biodiverse places filled with marine life, birds and other natural wonders.
