If you have a hotel stay coming up over the next few months and hold an American Express card, listen up: You may be able to save some serious cash or take home a solid haul of bonus points on your next trip. Many American Express cardholders have reported they’ve been targeted for even more deep discounts at major hotel chains through the Amex Offers program.

DoubleTree by Hilton Amex Offer

The most recent Amex Offer to save you money on your next hotel stay is for DoubleTree hotels. If you spend $225 or more during your hotel stay, you’ll receive a $45 statement credit. These hotels are great for families and, with the extra savings back in your pocket, you can even book another activity during your vacation.

This offer is valid for less than two months and all charges must hit your statement before Dec. 31, 2019. This offer is also only valid at DoubleTree by Hilton properties in the U.S. and in U.S. territories, and your stay must be made directly with Hilton. If you’re looking to stay at another property under the Hilton umbrella this upcoming holiday season, there are many other Amex Offers listed below within the Hilton chain to save you money.

Omni Hotels & Resorts Amex Offer

A new offer for those looking to stay at Omni Hotels & Resorts recently popped up where you can receive a $50 statement credit on a $250 or more hotel stay through March 2, 2020.

To be eligible for this offer you must book directly with Omni for hotels and resorts in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. If your total stay is less than $250, make sure to charge all additional incidentals to your room, such as dining at the restaurant or room service.

Hilton, Curio Collection and Canopy Amex Offer

Several TPG staffers have been targeted for a one-time offer to earn 6,000 American Express Membership Rewards points at Hilton Hotels, Curio Collection and Canopy properties in the U.S. and U.S. territories through Dec. 31, 2019. Another version of the deal offers a $60 statement credit instead of points. If you have both a Membership Reward bonus offer and a statement credit offer, you can actually enroll both and take advantage of the promotion twice.

To qualify, you must spend $300 or more on room rate and room charges, and book direct with Hilton online, via the app or by phone. Gift card purchases are excluded.

Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn Amex Offer

There’s also an Amex Offer to earn a one-time bonus of 3,000 Amex Membership Rewards points at Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn until Dec. 31, 2019. An alternate version of the offer earns a $30 statement credit instead of points.

You’ll unlock the offer when you spend $175 or more on room rate and room charges, and must also book direct with Hilton. This deal is valid at Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn properties in the U.S. and U.S. territories, and excludes gift cards and advance purchase rates (including Advance Purchase, Save Now & Pay and nonrefudable rates).

Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and Home2 Amex Offer

Similarly, some cardholders are being targeted to earn a one-time 5,000 Amex Membership Rewards points or a $50 statement credit at Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and Home2 properties. This could be especially handy for families traveling over the holidays, as these brands typically offer larger rooms ideal for bigger groups.

To earn the points or statement credit, you’ll have book direct with Hilton and spend at least $250 on room rate and room charges at Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites or Home2 locations in the U.S. and U.S territories by Dec. 31, 2019. Gift card purchases and advance purchase rates (including Advance Purchase, Save Now & Pay and nonrefudable rates) don’t qualify.

Hilton luxury brands Amex Offer

If you’re staying in a luxury Hilton property between now and the end of the year, this promotion might be for you: Several TPG staffers were targeted for an offer at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts or Conrad Hotels & Resorts on The Platinum Card® from American Express. It may also be available on other Amex cards.

You will receive a one-time $70 statement credit after using your eligible card and spending at least $350 at select Waldorf Astoria and Conrad hotels and resorts. Note that you must book directly with Waldorf Astoria or Conrad. Since you will be booking direct, you’ll be able to earn elite credits and Hilton points at these hotels, because they’re both part of the Hilton Honors program

The offer is only eligible for stays in the following destinations: China, Germany, France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, the U.S. and the U.K. This offer excludes all other Hilton brands, and the transaction must hit your statement by Dec. 31, 2019 to qualify.

Hotels.com Amex Offer

One of the most favorable new Amex Offers is from from Hotels.com, which is offering 1,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $50 or more in gift card purchases by Dec. 31, 2019. I was targeted on my American Express® Green Card.

TPG’s Katherine Fan, however, received a different offer for a $10 statement credit after spending at least $50 on The Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express.

Keep in mind that, for either offer, you must purchase your gift card at Hotels.com/giftcards and that gift registry, corporate and bulk gift cards, and all other purchases on Hotels.com are excluded.

If you’re eligible for both the statement credit and Membership Reward bonus offer, you can take advantage of the offer on both cards. Although Hotels.com only allows you to use one gift card when paying for your reservation, you can combine gift cards into one.
