Delta continues to impress us with one award sale after another. Past deals have included European flights from 24,000 SkyMiles round-trip in economyAustralia from 48,000 miles round-trip in economySouth Korea for 50,000 miles in economy or 70,000 SkyMiles round-trip in premium economy and Mexico (Los Cabos, Mexico City, Cancun) from just 12,000 miles in economy. While there’s still absurd pricing on some routes, these excellent offers may just justify retirement of the term “SkyPesos.”

Today we’re seeing at least 17 US cities with a round-trip flight option starting at just 10,000 SkyMiles round-trip. But, you’re going to need to act fast. The sale ends at 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, Oct. 3.

At current TPG valuations, 10,000 SkyMiles are worth just $120. Add in taxes and fees starting at $11 and this is equivalent to scoring a $131 round-trip deal. But, what’s especially valuable about these awards are that they book into the main cabin, not basic economy. So, you’ll be able to check up to a 50-pound bag each way for free.

If you’re short on miles, remember that you can instantly transfer American Express Membership Rewards points into your SkyMiles account at 1:1 ratio.
