Marriott’s “Extra Points Sundays” promotion has been going on for most of this year’s NFL season, and it’s about the easiest and quickest free points you can earn. Today’s NFL trivia question has been posted by Marriott Rewards and you can again nab 1,000 Marriott points just for answering it correctly by 8pm Eastern on Sunday, October 15.

If you’re not a football fan and don’t know the answer to this question, we’ll give you a hint: it rhymes with Franton, Mohio. Still don’t know? You can find the answer by looking at the tweets of others who have already answered it correctly.

As always, if you haven’t previously linked your Twitter account to your Marriott account, you need to do so before tweeting out your answer or Marriott won’t know where to credit your points. Connect your accounts using this page and you’ll pick up an extra 250 points on top of the points from the NFL promotion. If you want to earn another 250 points for each social media platform, you can connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts as well. And by following Marriott on Twitter and Instagram, you’ll get even more free points — an extra 125 points for each.

Marriott points are worth 0.9 cents each based on TPG’s latest monthly valuations, which means 1,000 Marriott points are worth $9. The NFL season still has 12 weeks to run (including this week), so if the promotion continues at this same rate, you can potentially earn $108 worth of Marriott points just for making a dozen tweets, which is fantastic. Just remember that Marriott points earned via social activity don’t count toward resetting the expiration clock.

Make sure you reply to @MarriottRewards with your tweet before 8pm Eastern tonight, and don’t forget to include the hashtag #RewardsPoints.
