Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz or Expedia, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. However, if you’re using the American Express Platinum Card, you’ll need to book directly with the airline or through Amex Travel portal to get 5x MR points. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz or Expedia’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to get the time away from work or family.

Norwegian Air is having a sale to celebrate St. Patrick's day with which you can save up to 20% on flights to Europe. We're seeing flights from New York City (JFK and SWF), Oakland (OAK) and Providence (PVD) to several European cities including Copenhagen (CPH), London (LGW), Oslo (OSL), Shannon (SNN) and Stockholm (ARN). We're seeing prices as low as $212, valid for departures from April through December 2017, although availability is less for flights during the peak summer travel season.

Normally, you'll save even more on Norwegian tickets when you can find a low-priced itinerary on Google Flights and then head to the Norwegian version of the carrier’s site and input those dates directly. However, with this sale, it's possible that you'll actually find a cheaper price booking on the English version of the site, so double check both versions to make sure you're booking the cheapest possible ticket.
