Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to travel. Additionally, keep in mind that discounted partner fares may not earn miles with US-based carriers.
Update: $100 price drop! You can now book nonstop flights on this route for just $192 round-trip:
New Yorkers have another chance to escape the cold on the cheap this winter with deals to Barbados (BGI) on Delta and JetBlue. Fares start at $292 round trip, with many dates offering nonstop flights in both directions. As you search, be aware that some flight times might not be ideal — for example, some of the JetBlue flights arrive or depart in the early morning (around 3-4am), and some 1-stop Delta flights require a long connection. With that said, there are certainly opportunities to book more favorable itineraries — especially if you're flying JetBlue. This deal is currently available for flights in January and February.
