We are thrilled to announce that we’ll be teaming up with the lifestyle portfolio brands from Marriott this season, bringing exciting reader events to AC Hotels and Renaissance Hotels. In November and December, we’ll be hosting events in four different locations, including the Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle, AC Miami Beach, AC Hotel Chicago Downtown and AC Kansas City Westport.

Screen Shot 2015-10-29 at 9.43.35 AMFor each event, we’ll give readers a chance to win admission to the party (along with a guest), where you can mingle with fellow travel junkies, get a chance to win great giveaway prizes and learn some tips from The Points Guy himself. The schedule of events will be as follows:

Look out for a post about a week before each event where you’ll be able to enter for a chance to win two tickets. We realize these events are on weekdays so for the most part, only locals will be able to attend. For that reason we are adding an additional sweepstakes into each post which will be for a prize such as two free nights plus breakfast at that particular location. To give you an idea of what we have in mind, let’s kick off the first event giveaway right now.

If you’ll be in the Washington, DC area on the evening of November 9th, visit our Facebook page giveaway tab to enter to win a ticket for you and a guest. You can also access the giveaway by using the Rafflecopter widget below. We’ll pick 25 winners at random on Tuesday November 3rd, so you must enter the giveaway by 11:59pm ET on November 2nd. We’ll notify all winners by email when they are chosen.

For those of you who won’t be able to make it to Washington, DC for the November 9th event, you can enter to win a two-night stay with parking plus breakfast for two at the Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle. Only one winner will be chosen for this giveaway, and you must enter to win by 11:59pm ET on November 9th. This giveaway will not be featured on our Facebook page giveaway tab, but you can enter to win here:
