Chef Michelle Bernstein to Create Miami Centurion Lounge Menu

The fifth Amex Centurion Lounge will be opening in the North Terminal of Miami International Airport (MIA) this summer. Chef Michelle Bernstein (who has also worked with Delta) will create menu items for the lounge, such as salads, appetizers and healthy main courses featuring lots of vegetables. Bernstein explains, “As always, I just want it to be consistent, bold in flavor and make someone feel sated but not too full to board a plane and still have a good, relaxing flight.” Bernstein will be another famous addition to the list of Amex Centurion Lounge chefs, which currently boasts Scott Conant in Las Vegas, Dean Fearing in Dallas, and Jim Meehan of New York’s PDT creating cocktails.

Get 1,000 HHonors Points For (Required) Password Change

Hilton HHonors members will be required to update passwords by April 1, 2015, because Hilton will no longer accept PINS. If you do so before March 25, 2015, you will earn 1,000 Hilton HHonors bonus points. Since you’ll have to do it anyway, you may as well do it now and earn the points rather than do it later and get nothing. To change your password:

  • Log in to your account with your current username or Hilton HHonors membership number and existing password or PIN.
  • On the left side under the My Profile section, click Personal Information.
  • Select Change Password (new passwords must have a minimum of eight characters, and contain at least one upper case letter and at least one number or special character).
