Chase VIP Shopping Mall Lounge for United Cardmembers

This holiday season, Chase is offering VIP lounges for United MileagePlus cardholders at two major US shopping malls, one in San Francisco, and the other in Short Hills, NJ. These lounges will be accessible to primary cardholders of any Chase United card (including the United MileagePlus Explorer Card, the United MileagePlus Club Card card, and business versions), along with up to three guests.

Each lounge will feature complimentary amenities such as cafe seating, refreshments, gift wrapping, bag and coat check, WiFi, and flat-screen TVs, plus an array of weekly events.

The Details:

Where: Westfield San Francisco Center (Dome Level near Bloomingdales) and the Mall at Short Hills in New Jersey (on the first floor next to Macy’s and adjacent to Guest Services).

When:  SF-November 24 to December 24, 2014, 11:00 am until mall closing; NJ-November 22 to December 24, 2014, 11:00 am until mall closing.

Who: United MileagePlus cardmembers and up to three guests per member. To enter, be prepared to present your valid Chase United credit card and a valid ID.

Events at the San Francisco Lounge:

  • Football Sundays: Relax and check out live football games every Sunday (Hmm, I think I know who the target demographic is here)
  • Toys for Tots Tuesdays: Cardmembers may bring a new, unwrapped toy in its original packaging, on the following Tuesdays, December 2, December 9 and December 16 and you will receive one United ClubSM pass, or bring two toys and receive two United ClubSM passes.  Limit one United Club pass per cardmember per new, unwrapped toy in its original package with a minimum retail value of $15. You can get a maximum of two passes for two toys and guests of cardmembers are not eligible for this.
  • Chat With Football Legend Steve Young: Cardmembers can purchase a package ticket to meet Steve Young ($100 per ticket) and chat with him about his career, the football season and more while having snack and drinks and watching the game on December 11, 2014, 5-7 pm.

  • Football Sundays: Relax and check out live football games every Sunday

  • Carlo’s Bakery Fridays: Enjoy yummy baked goods from TV personality Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo’s Bakery
  • Chat With Football Champ Victor Cruz: Cardmembers can purchase a package ticket to meet Victor Cruz ($75 per ticket) and chat football talk with before and during the Monday night game while enjoying snacks and drinks on December 8, 2014.
