Each photographic entry must be no larger than 20 MB and must be submitted in .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif format. The grand prize is 100,000 Starpoints, first prize is 25,000 Starpoints, and second prize is 10,000 Starpoints. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding the Province of Québec) or Puerto Rico, and be 21 years of age or older as of May 15, 2014 to enter.
