Amex Link Like Love Facebook App Rebates - $25 at Costco, $50 at Henri Bendel, $10 at California Pizza Kitchen

Amex’s Link Like Love Facebook app is offering new rebates at various merchants including Costco, Henri Bendel, the Container Store and California Pizza Kitchen.

When you go to the app Facebook page and sync your Amex card, it automatically scours your Facebook “likes” and puts together a customized package of rebates. So before you start, like the pages of Costco or the other merchants.

If the offer you’re looking for doesn’t appear, you can click on the “Load More Offers”. If or when the offer you want shows up, you can click on the “Get Offer” button, and then the “Add To Card” button and your Amex will be registered for the rebate.

The Costco offer is good for a $25 statement credit when you spend $100 or more at Costco.com by December 31, 2012. You can only get one statement credit per Amex card, which should appear on your billing statement within 9 weeks after the qualifying purchase. Bear in mind, that Amex is pretty stringent about what counts as a qualifying transaction and will not count purchases where a merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader, ones made with an electronic wallet or through a third party, or one not made directly with the merchant.

Now, keep in mind, when it comes to these offers, you’re pretty much at the mercy of Facebook. Which offers are displayed depends on your location and your “likes,” and even if you “like” a merchant the offer you want might not load for you. It can be frustrating, but the good news is, this direct link should actually score you the Costco offer, and you’ll probably also discover rebates at merchants in your area you didn’t know about, so you might find savings elsewhere.

The offer at CPK is for $10 back when you spend $25 or more, and the offer at Henri Bendel is for $50 back when you spend $200 or more. You can also get $5 off your next CPK order by joining their email club.
