I haven't had the pleasure of going through a full-body scanner yet (avoided them at Logan by using a non-elite security line- the horror!), but I know my time is limited. I wanted to see how bad they really were, so I stumbled into this Jaunted article, which did a pretty good job giving the low down. Overall, I think they are creepy and annoying and I'm not totally sold they actually make us any safer.

Have you been through one yet? What's your take?

How we chose these cards

Our points-obsessed staff uses a plethora of credit cards on a daily basis. If anyone on our team wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or a family member, we wouldn’t recommend it on The Points Guy either. Our opinions are our own, and have not been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by our advertising partners.
