Program Score Cards
I’m frequently asked “What is the best loyalty program”? And my consistent answer is “There isn’t one“. No one program is right for everyone, but there are certainly programs that are generally better than others.
In order to provide my followers with the most up-to-date program information information, I will be to rating each airline/hotel/credit card/ car program with a grade (A+ to F- scale). I’ll list a brief overview and the pros and cons so you can seamlessly browse programs and learn about each one.
These scores will change fluidly as programs either enhance or devalue their member benefits. I highly encourage user comments to help me devise my reports.
My goal is for each loyalty program to understand their strengths and weaknesses so they continue to enrich the points programs we love (and hate) so much.
