Well, American Airlines must have taken note, since they announced today that ExpertFlyer now supports full US Airways flight availability for both awards and upgrades. ExpertFlyer posted the following on Flyertalk: As part of our […]

Delta Forces ExpertFlyer to Remove All Availability

September 10, 2014

When it comes to searching for flight availability and setting alerts for award seats, I usually turn to ExpertFlyer. Using the United Explorer Bonus in a Post Devaluation World

August 27, 2014

In light of the limited-time sign-up bonus offer for the United MileagePlus Explorer Card of 50,000 miles after spending $2,000 within the first 3 months, I thought I would revisit what I think are the best United award options since the recent United devaluation. (Note that there’s a better offer of 50,000 miles plus a $50 statement credit for existing United members.) This […]

United and Hawaiian Launch New Self Service Baggage Options

August 26, 2014

I’m not normally one to check bags. I much prefer a carry on to save time at check-in, eliminate the risk of the airline losing it and avoid extra fees. With this in mind, United and Hawaiian Airlines both recently announced new self-service baggage check options, including […]
