Earlier this month, we shared fantastic business-class fares from a handful of US cities to many destinations in Europe, starting at just $1,659 round-trip. Today, British Airways is offering an even more exciting sale — if you’re interested in flying to Israel this summer. To take full advantage of this sale, you’ll need to book through AARP and pay with a British Airways Visa Signature card. The greatest discounts are available only on flights operated by British Airways. You do need to be an AARP member to get the biggest discount, but anyone can join AARP for just $16 per year. I’ll walk you through the process below.
The cheapest fares are from the East Coast, including New York (JFK and Newark), Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Miami, Tampa and Orlando, but you can also save quite a bit when flying from BA’s other US gateways. You’ll pay a bit more to fly from Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston or Austin. You can also depart from Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Seattle, San Francisco or San Jose, CA on the West Coast.
Note that these flights may be eligible for American’s very generous transatlantic bonus, so be sure to register before you travel.
