Flying Blue, the mileage program of SkyTeam partners Air France, KLM and Air Europa, offers Promo Awards each month that enable you to book award flights for as little as half of the miles normally needed on some routes and in certain cabins. The list of awards you can book between now and March 31, 2015 for travel May 1 to June 30, 2015 is now up on the Flying Blue Promo Awards page.
Note that even though Air France is a Delta Air Lines partner, you can’t book these awards with Delta SkyMiles.
The current award list for travel between May 1- June 30, 2015 includes:
- Dallas to Europe on Air France: 25% off business class — 46,875 miles each way, 93,750 round-trip
- Edmonton to Europe on KLM: 50% off business class — 31,250 miles each way, 62,500 round-trip
- Mexico City to Europe on KLM: 25% off economy class — 18,750 miles each way, 37,500 round-trip
- Montreal to Europe on KLM: 25% off business class — 46,875 miles each way, 93,750 miles round-trip
- Toronto to Europe on KLM: 25% off business class — 46,875 miles each way, 93,750 miles round-trip
While these aren’t as exciting as some of the previous Air France Promo awards (which included 50% off business class from several cities in the US), there are still some savings to be had here with the 25% off business flights from Dallas to Europe for 46,875 miles each way, or even the 25% off economy redemptions from Mexico City to Europe for 18,750 miles each way.
