Reminder: Earn Bonus Points on Club Carlson Stays
Club Carlson is running its Extend Your Stay promotion, where you can earn 30,000 bonus Gold Points for each eligible stay of three nights or more, or 15,000 bonus Gold Points for each two night eligible stay at more than 1,000 Carlson Rezidor hotels worldwide. You must first register for the promotion, which is valid for stays between January 12 and March 29, 2015.
Uber Lowering Prices For Car Service in Several Cities
Uber announced that they would be lowering the price of their service in four dozen cities. Uber claims that they expect that these seasonal price cuts will help bring newer Uber markets in line with our larger ones with lower costs for riders, higher earnings for drivers, shorter wait times for both, and a better experience for all. Hertz Double & Triple Gold Rewards Points
You can earn double Hertz Gold Plus Rewards points on your first qualifying rental after registering for the promotion, and triple points on any subsequent qualifying rentals. The promotion is valid until March 25, 2015 at participating Hertz locations in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand.
Earn up to 30,000 US Airways Dividend Miles on Cruises
You can earn bonus miles for taking select cruises booked through US Airways. You can earn triple miles by booking a balcony or suite stateroom, or double miles for booking an oceanview stateroom. Book by February 15, 2015 for any cruise departing before December 31, 2015. The bonus miles can only be earned on new bookings, and miles will post to your account 6-8 weeks after the cruise has been completed. Cruises must be paid in U.S. currency.
50% Discount on Cathay Pacific Flight Redemptions Between Hong Kong and Seoul
Members of the Marco Polo Club can get up to a 50% discount on Standard Awards in Economy Class between Hong Kong and Seoul on both one-way and round-trip flights. You must book your ticket here by January 19, 2015, and fly between February 1 and March 15, 2015. Blackout dates are February 14-22, 2015. The discount is available on the following flights:

Free Breakfast for Marriott Gold and Platinum Elite Members
If you’re a Marriott Gold or Platinum Elite member, you can enjoy a free continental breakfast for two at JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, Renaissance, and Marriott Hotels across the U.S. and Canada every day of the week, assuming the concierge lounge is open. In Europe, hotels without a lounge offer a choice of breakfast for two in the restaurant or 750 points daily. Platinum Elite members will also get a new Platinum Arrival gift: your choice of either 500 points or a $10 food and beverage coupon to be used during your stay.
Delta Unveils JFK Terminal 4 Expansion
The $175 million renovation work on JFK’s Terminal 4 will soon be ready. The new expansion of T4 (which includes 11 new gates and an additional 75,000 feet to Concourse B) will be unveiled next week. The new gates at T4 will feature encolosed jetways, and will offer flyers proximity to the flagship Sky Club Lounge.
