Red, The Steakhouse is going a la carte for Thanksgiving, serving special holiday additions such as free range turkey and gravy ($28), apple sausage stuffing ($12) and pumpkin tiramisu ($15). The eatery’s signature sides are also available, including truffle whipped potatoes ($16) and Parmesan “Tater Tots” ($12).

The Forge
The Forge’s Thanksgiving dinner has been in play since 1968, and this year Chef Christopher Lee is hosting a four-course feast. Priced at $72 for adults and $39 for children 11 years old and younger, the supper time sit down features herb roasted turkey breast and 24-hour braised dark meat alongside fennel sausage stuffing and potato puree. Additional course options include a yellow fin tuna tartare, butternut squash soup and spiced pumpkin cheesecake.

The Dutch
The Dutch’s Thanksgiving prix fixe boasts oysters and beef tartare, bacon-wrapped organic turkey, and sausage cornbread stuffing. The southern-inspired restaurant isn’t slacking on the sweets either, presenting pumpkin donuts and cocoa rolls as potential desserts. Seating is $95 per adult and $50 for children 12 and under.

Daniel Boulud’s downtown tavern-style spot DBGB Kitchen & Bar is serving a three-course meal with some clever Thanksgiving spins: Among them are “The Gobbler” turkey burger with grilled radiccio slaw, toasted pumpkin seeds, and cranberry ketchup and a butternut squash soup served with ginger bread and golden raisin compote. Gobble it up for $60 per person.

Five’s three course, prix fixe edibles are centered around chard-stuffed turkey with mushrooms, chestnuts, and gravy. Jaded holiday eaters may opt for mustard and apple glazed ham or vegetarian-friendly pumpkin with wild rice. Sides include sauteed Brussels sprouts with bacon and apples and roasted root vegetables. Five’s culinary celebrations cost $58 for adults, $25 for kiddos 6-12 years old, and free for children 5 and under.

Michelin Star award-winning Melisse is keeping things refined but diverse this Thanksgiving. Their $95 per adult and $42 per child (eight years old and under) three-course menu lists herb roasted, free range turkey with chanterelle mushrooms, apple and brioche stuffing, and praline pecan yams. Guests can also take the nontraditional route with dishes like Maine lobster ravioli with white truffles or dry aged prime rib.

Bourbon Steak
Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak hotspot is tempting palates with a three-course, $90 prix fixe menu. While the roasted turkey with sage stuffing and black pepper gravy is certainly tempting, Mina’s lobster pot pie and seared bass may lead diners in a non-holiday direction. Twists on classic ingredients can be found in the chestnut agnolotti and baked apples with burnt cinnamon ice cream desserts. Mina’s celebrated rootbeer float is also a worthy indulgence.
