Hotel stays normally earn 20 Gold Points per dollar spent, so with this promotion you’ll earn 60 points per dollar. Free nights start as low as 9,000 Gold Points, so an eligible $75 stay would get you half way to an award night (or half way to two award nights if you can take advantage of the 2-for-1 perk that comes with the Club Carlson Premier Rewards Visa). You must first register for this offer and book your stay by May 31, 2014.
Free Night at Best Western: If you stay three separate times at Best Western properties between May 19 and September 1, 2014, you could earn a free voucher worth one free night at a Best Western property located in the United States (including its territories and the District of Columbia), Canada, or the Caribbean Islands. You must first register for this promotion by August 10, 2014. The free night voucher will expire on January 31, 2015.
Reminder: Daily Getaways For Sale Starting May 19, 2014: The US Travel Association and American Express have partnered to offer discounts and deals with various travel brands and loyalty programs during the next month, including hotel packages, points/miles purchase promos, rental car deals and more. These deals are called the Daily Getaways. Each weekday starting May 19, a new offer will be unveiled on the website at 1 pm EDT, and will be available to any US resident age 18 or older to purchase throughout the promotion period until the limited inventory is sold out. All of the Daily Getaways have the added benefit that you can receive an additional 10% off for purchasing with an Amex card.
Reminder: Buy United Mileage Plus Miles at a Discount: Buy 5,000-24,000 United miles and save 20%, or buy 25,000-150,000 United miles and save 35%. Miles are available in increments of 1,000 up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Hurry, this promotion ends on May 19, 2014 at 11:59 pm.
Reminder: Earn Bonus AAdvantage Miles Flying to Europe: Earn American Airlines AAdvantage bonus miles every time you fly round trip between the U.S., Canada or Mexico and Europe on First, Business or Economy classes on American Airlines, US Airways, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia or OpenSkies. You can earn 25,000 miles for flying in Business or First class, 10,000 for flying in Premium Economy or 5,000 for flying in Economy. You can earn these bonus miles on every eligible round trip you take. You must register prior to travel using promotion code NA014, purchase a qualifying First, Business or Economy class fare, and complete travel by August 31, 2014.
Earn 3,000 Bonus US Airways Dividend Miles with Rocketmiles: If you are a first time customer with Rocketmiles, you can earn 3,000 bonus US Airways Dividend miles upon your first purchase. There is a limit of one bonus per customer and per stay. You must book by 11:59 pm CT on August 1, 2014.
Air China to Fly to Washington Dulles Starting in June: Air China will fly from Beijing (PEK) to Washington Dulles (IAD) starting June 10, 2014. The flight will operate four times a week between the two cities. Service along this route is presently offered only by United Airlines, so the additional Air China service will improve your options.
Earn Double Miles on Turkish Air for Staying at Hilton: Turkish Air and Hilton have partnered to create the Double Your HHonors promotion, where you can earn Double Miles&Smiles Miles on Turkish Air OR Double HHonors Points on your next trip when you stay at participating hotels and resorts in the Hilton Portfolio. Select your preferred option carefully, because you can’t alter your selection once you’ve chosen. You must first register for the offer, and you must complete your stay by July 31, 2014.
50% Bonus On Purchased Amtrak Points: You can get a bonus of 10%, 30%, or 50% when purchasing points in the Amtrak Guest Rewards loyalty program until June 30, 2014. The bonus amount depends on the number of points purchased:
- Buy 1,000-4,500 points for a 10% bonus
- Buy 5,000-9,500 points for a 30% bonus
- Buy 10,000+ points for a 50% bonus
