Save Up To 30% When You Share AAdvantage Miles: If you want to transfer AA miles to friends/ family you can save 30% if you move them before March 31, 2014. AAdvantage members must share between 6,000 and 25,000 AAdvantage miles in a single transaction to get the 20% discount off the mileage transfer cost, between 26,000 and 40,000 to get the the 25% discount and 41,000+ miles to get the 30% discount off the mileage transfer cost. Get 25,000 Bonus Delta Skymiles After 5 Stays At Marriott: Delta SkyMiles members can earn 25,000 bonus miles after five Marriott stays between February 15 and May 31, 2014. A stay is considered to be consecutive nights at the hotel regardless of check-in/check-out. To get the bonus you must be a part of Marriott Rewards and Delta Skymiles and must register prior to any stays.
Chile Ends $160 Reciprocity Fee To Enter: As of February 26th, you no longer need to pay a reciprocity fee to enter Chile as a United States citizen. This fee is waived as Chile has now been added as an eligible country to the US Visa Waiver Program.
Earn Double Points On JetBlue Getaways: JetBlue TrueBlue members will earn 12 TrueBlue points for every eligible dollar spent on JetBlue Getaways vacations of four nights or more when you book by March 9, 2014 for travel between May 25, 2014 and Sept. 1, 2014. Remember to enter your TrueBlue number at time of booking.
American Airlines Offers Discounted Flights To Mexico: Save when you purchase AA tickets to Mexico by March 25, 2014. Travel dates must begin between March 20 and June 4, 2014. All travel needs to be complete by June 6, 2014. Flights are to/from Cancun or Cozumel and various US cities.
Lufthansa To Launch A New Premium Economy: Lufthansa will launch a new premium economy on select Boeing 747-8 aircraft as early as November 2014. By summer 2015, all the long-haul Lufthansa aircraft will be equipped with these seats, which will offer more pitch and width, plus exclusive ground and air services, like a higher baggage allowance, welcome drinks, amenity kit and more.
Qatar Reveals The Interior Of the A380 First Class Cabin: The new interior of the A380 cabin on Qatar was revealed this week, and the first class area features semi private suites on the upper deck of the plane. The eight first class seats have a 90-inch seat pitch, turning into a fully flat bed with individual 26-inch television screens.
Regent Hotels Partners With Airberlin And Gives Bonus Points: As of February 1, 2014, members of topbonus, Airberlin’s frequent flyer program, can collect up to 500 award miles for their stay participating Regent properties worldwide. Participating properties include Regents in Bali, Beijing, Berlin, Phuket, Singapore or Taipei. When members stay at a Regent hotel, all they have to do is present their topbonus Card at the check-in and the award miles will be credited to their personal mileage account. Award miles are valid for three years.
