Reminder-Gogo Offering 15% Off Your First Month When You Purchase AA/US Traveler Pass: Gogo is offering 15% off your first month when you purchase an AA/US Traveler Pass for $39.95. The pass offers unlimited internet on all equipped American Airlines and US Airways flights. Technically this means that for your first month, you will get a discount of $5.99, so your final price for your first month would be $33.96, followed by the $39.95 for the next months if you decide to continue. It’s easy cancel if you decide you don’t need it, you simply chat them to stop your subscription. You have from now until March 14, 2014 to take advantage of the offer, and as it seems they will be rising the prices after March 14, 2014. So if you decide to continue, and you want your rate locked in at $39.95 a month, now is a good time to sign up.

US Airways Adds Main Cabin Extra Seating In Economy: American announced they will add Main Cabin Extra seating on US Airway planes/flights. The special Main Cabin Extra seats are located the front of the main cabin with up to six inches of additional legroom to stretch out and relax. If you purchase these seats you will also receive Group 1 boarding. It’s unclear so far whether they’ll be pushing existing rows closer together or using a slimmer seat design to make room for Main Cabin Extra seating.

US Airways Moves To Terminal 3 At LAX And Will Shuttle Passengers To/From American Flights In Terminal 4: As of February 12, 2014 at LAX, AA and US Airways are offering shuttle buses to transport passengers in order to facilitate connections between the two airlines. US Airways will move from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 later this year, but Terminals 3 and 4 (the American terminal) are not very close, hence the shuttle option. The shuttles will run every 20 minutes, which isn’t very frequent, but walking between the terminals means you will have to go through security again, therefore making this new shuttle the preferred option.

The SPG promo is not a great deal, I’ve been working in San Diego and the rates are 35% HIGHER then what I have been paying… Four Points San Diego, normal rate is $89/n and breakfast is $14.95 at the Buffet through this promo, $115. Sharoton Mission Valley, $109/n and $14.95 for breakfast through promo $155/n,

    T&C for Ethiad offer?

    Terms and Conditions apply:
This offer is only valid for members based in the UAE.

  • Mary

Any idea if the free SPG breakfast would be valid when booking w/ points? Or cash and points? Also… when does it end? Anyone know?

  • Guest

The SPG does not seem to be valid with C&P. Just called SPG to adjust an April reservation and was told it’s not valid.

The SPG promo does not seem to be valid with C&P. Called SPG earlier today to adjust an April reservation and was told it’s not valid.

  • stvr

TPG have you tried pricing out the Starwood promo? It seems to spit out higher rates, not 35% lower. Please fix your post’s headline.

  • David Hurd

You should probably noted that the Etihad offer is only valid for those based in the UAE.

  • thepointsguy

We did note it in the original post

  • thepointsguy

Yea- it isn’t 35% across the board- some properties will be a better deal than others

Just want to point out that the Emirates miles expire in about 36 months and unlike most US airlines, there is nothing you can do to keep them from expiring. You *must* use them before they expire! This is a big con for the Skywards program.

  • Diana

Zulfikhar, I’ve heard about a new service on Internet, I think the name is giift (something like this), you can redeem your miles in USD
