Save up to 20% with the JetBlue ‘Cold Turkey’ for post holiday travel.

There are no blackout dates but it is not applicable for Friday or Sunday flights, or on previous bookings.

Like their spring fare sale and Midsummer Flight’s Dream sale there are some decent deals, but always double check to make sure you can’t find something better. Your best bet is to find fares on typically expensive routes without much competition, or to smaller regional airports.

LAX-Boston is $357.80 for travel in between the holiday seasons.

For example, Los Angeles to Boston roundtrip mid-December is $357.80 including taxes and fees.

Hartford, CT-San Juan, PR

East coasters wanting to head for a winter getaway can take advantage of Hartford, CT, to San Juan, Puerto Rico roundtrip from $296.31 with a saving of $60.23. As always, do the math for yourself and make sure you are getting the best value possible.

Also remember that JetBlue is a transfer partner of American Express Membership Rewards, although I wouldn’t suggest transferring points since the ratio is an unfavorable 250 Amex points to 200 TrueBlue points, so you’d be hard-pressed to get values of better than 1 cent per Amex point for that – better to save them for a higher-value redemption.

If you’re planning some winter travel already and you know JetBlue is your carrier of choice, take some time today and tomorrow to check out the sale and see if you can get a better deal on your itinerary than you would elsewhere.
