So far I’ve gotten great feedback on the redesign of that came online a few weeks ago, though one of the things that readers commented on most was that they missed my boarding pass logo.

The boarding pass is back!

The boarding pass is back!

Well, I missed it too, so you’ll notice that as of today, the logo is back! I think it looks great with the site’s fresh new look and hope you do too.

If you have any other feedback about the new look, new features you like or want to see implemented on, or even content that you’d like to see, as always, feel free to comment below, Tweet me, or post on my Facebook wall.

I saw it yesterday and I am glad to see it back. Only comment I have is that you say “Maximize your travel points” under The Points Guy and then again you say “Make the most of your travel points”. It looks redundant, not necessary. I would keep the boarding pass part cleaner and take “Make the most of your travel points” out. Just my personal opinion.

I love the “Boarding Pass” logo and I missed it. I am very glad to see it back.

Your brand is like “COKE ” i.e. Coca Cola Brand. It reminded me of how Coke reintroduced the “Coca Cola Classic” based on public input.

TPG – You do listen to understand what customers want. Kudos!

    Reintroduction of Coca Cola Classic-

Well done Brian. You need to keep reinforcing your brand as you expand your influence into other types of media.

how about updating the ‘cover photo’ with user submissions from their travels around the world, could be weekly, monthly etc…

YEAH! Long live the boarding pass!

As a college student, I would really like to see a series about student credit cards, how to maxamise points being a student etc.

    Love that BP.

Thanks for pointing that out- it’s been so long I didn’t even realize! Will smooth it out

    Stay tuned

You must have read my mind, because we plan to unveil a new background with the Destination of the Week every Friday… great minds think alike ;-)

.. just wait til I have my own TV show! ;-)

Also, try to make it wider to look more like a real boarding pass. It looks too long and too narrow.

Brian — Great call on bringing the boarding pass back.

One thought — I’d love to print out some of my favorite / most useful posts and keep them for reference. however, whenever I do this, they don’t print well (with the formatting all messed up). Is there a way that you could have a “print friendly” button on each post? It would be great if this option also allowed you to not print comments as well.

    As always, great work!

New website designs always drive me crazy, until now that is. I can honestly say that I like the new design better than the old one and I did from day one.
