Over the course of last week, I got nearly 400 responses to my $250 Best Western gift card giveaway, and the time has come to announce the winner.
As you remember, to enter my contest, you had to leave a comment telling me which Best Western Premier property you’d use the $250 Travel Card at and why.
Among the most popular choices were:
Best Western Premier Ivy Hotel Napa
Best Western Premier Opera Diamond Paris
Best Western Premier Shaftesbury Kensington Hotel in London
Best Western Premier Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa on Phuket in Thailand
Best Western Premier Hotel Sant’Elena Venice
Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel in Montana
Readers came up with plenty of other great ideas including stays at properties in China, Bulgaria, Chile and others all over the world. I’m going to have to give Best Western Rewards another look!
I chose a winner at random, and that winner is…
Michelle, who said: “I’d stay at the Best Western Premier La Villa des Fleurs in Spa, Belgium on my honeymoon… with a side of fries.”
The Best Western Premier Villa des Fleurs in Belgium, where our contest winner plans to use her gift card.
Congratulations, both on winning and your upcoming wedding! I’ve never heard of anyone going to Belgium on a honeymoon, but if it’s to a town named “Spa,” it can’t be all bad. I’d suggest heading to the romantic city of Brugge as well, where there’s another BW Premier.
In the meantime, thank you to all the other readers who participated and came up with such great entries. There will be more giveaways soon, so stay tuned.
