Radisson launched a promotion offering Club Carlson members a free night award after just one night’s stay at any Radisson or Radisson Blu hotel in the US, Canada or Caribbean. This is only open to the first 50,000 Club Carlson members, so be sure to register for this offer even if you don’t have any upcoming Radisson stays, because its better to be safe than sorry.

Stay One Night, Get One Night with Radisson’s 1 For 1 Promo.

How it works:
First, you must register for the promotion and will need to be a Club Carlson member. If you aren’t already a member you can sign-up here. Then you must book a qualifying stay at any Radisson Blu or Radisson hotel in the US, Canada or Caribbean between October 1 and October 31, 2012 on or You must complete your stay  by December 31, 2012.

After you complete your stay, you will receive your free night award, which can be used to book online. When booking, you must log in to your Club Carlson account and then search for your desired location and date. Select the 0 Point rate option in the Gold Points column and click “Book Now.”

The free night award will be available in your Club Carlson account and will be valid for online reservations at Radisson Blu and Radisson hotels in the US, Canada and Caribbean through December 31, 2013.

To maximize this deal, try and book the cheapest Radisson hotel you can find that’s convenient for you. For instance, the Radisson Hotel at Reagan National Airport had rates from $89 later this month. Say you spent your night there and got your free night award you could redeem at any Radisson or Radisson Blu hotel in the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean, you could chose the Radisson Blu St. Martin which has rates from 439 EUR ($565). Even though you paid $89 for the first room, you would save yourself $476 on the second.

You should be able to book a stay at your local Radisson hotel for under $100.

Then, redeem your Free Night Award at the Radisson Blu St. Martin in the Caribbean.

Feel free to share any cheap Radisson hotels you find, and where you plan on staying at to earn your free night.

nice! I did a similar promotion during the summer. Stayed 1 night for $90, and received 50,000 that got me 2 more nights!

  • Confused

Anyone else having trouble registering? I enter my # and name, click Register, and the page just refreshes with no message about having registered.

  • Homerica7

    Yep, having the same problem

  • Sarah C

I booked last night and funny enough I am staying at the Radisson DCA for $89! It was the cheapest I could find for weekends in October!

  • Homerica7

After some testing, I think it registers you, even though you don’t get a confirmation email like you did with all the promos this past summer. I registered for the Stay more Nights. Get More Points promo a few minutes ago, and I got a message saying I was already registered for it, even though I got no confirmation email. I’m guessing it is the same for the Radisson promo

  • David

If you have AAA membership, you can get DCA down to $80 (88 w/ tax). Also some nights in downtown Baltimore for $91.

  • Inferno10

Just to confirm, are AAA rates eligible for Gold Points?

  • Marlene

I plan to book with Top Cash Back (8% rebate on Radisson) and use the current Chase Freedom 5% on hotels promotion. I will book the Radisson in West Bloomfield Michigan for $89 and have a little staycation close to home. Maybe I will even gift my staycation to someone, as I will cash in big on the other end. Once again, thanks!

    According to FAQ’s, yes. Link:

I wish the Free Night Certificate was available for any Radisson Blu worldwide.

  • Frequent Flyer University

If you can, you should try to also get a 25% Best Rate Guarantee if you can find a lower rate.

  • OS

Indianapolis Radisson 48-hour sale on now. $58 per night booked for later this month.

  • Homerica7

Final update, just received my confirmation email I am registered, days after originally registering.

The terms say it’s good at any participating hotel. Do you know of Radisson Blu’s that aren’t participating?

  • Anne

Does anyone else think this is a weird promotihat has Radisson hotels.on? I had to book up 7 different nights in advance (Oct. 31st deadline for booking) in order to think…where….I and my significant other will be and… when… in Nov.-Dec 2012. We will be travelling but weather etc. will play a part in which direction and.. what dates.. we will actually be in an area that has a Radisson. I am thinking we will use maybe two nights..maybe none..depending on weather…

  • Anne

Agree with Adamu that 50,000 points is much better promo for Radisson and its customers as I am probably not alone in booking several nights..and then probably having to cancel most of them.

  • Anne

You are VERY correct! Did you book any nights in advance? Just curious…
