Radisson launched a promotion offering Club Carlson members a free night award after just one night’s stay at any Radisson or Radisson Blu hotel in the US, Canada or Caribbean. This is only open to the first 50,000 Club Carlson members, so be sure to register for this offer even if you don’t have any upcoming Radisson stays, because its better to be safe than sorry.

Stay One Night, Get One Night with Radisson’s 1 For 1 Promo.

How it works:
First, you must register for the promotion and will need to be a Club Carlson member. If you aren’t already a member you can sign-up here. Then you must book a qualifying stay at any Radisson Blu or Radisson hotel in the US, Canada or Caribbean between October 1 and October 31, 2012 on or You must complete your stay  by December 31, 2012.

After you complete your stay, you will receive your free night award, which can be used to book online. When booking, you must log in to your Club Carlson account and then search for your desired location and date. Select the 0 Point rate option in the Gold Points column and click “Book Now.”

The free night award will be available in your Club Carlson account and will be valid for online reservations at Radisson Blu and Radisson hotels in the US, Canada and Caribbean through December 31, 2013.


To maximize this deal, try and book the cheapest Radisson hotel you can find that’s convenient for you. For instance, the Radisson Hotel at Reagan National Airport had rates from $89 later this month. Say you spent your night there and got your free night award you could redeem at any Radisson or Radisson Blu hotel in the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean, you could chose the Radisson Blu St. Martin which has rates from 439 EUR ($565). Even though you paid $89 for the first room, you would save yourself $476 on the second.

You should be able to book a stay at your local Radisson hotel for under $100.
Then, redeem your Free Night Award at the Radisson Blu St. Martin in the Caribbean.

Feel free to share any cheap Radisson hotels you find, and where you plan on staying at to earn your free night.

The Radisson 1 for 1 Promotion (“Promotion”) is available only to Club Carlson members. To be eligible for the Promotion, members must register online for the Promotion (“Promotion Registration”), book their Qualifying Stay online at either or between October 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012, provide their Club Carlson member number at the time of reservation or check-in of the Qualifying Stay, and then complete the Qualifying Stay at any Radisson Blu or Radisson hotel in the US, Canada or Caribbean (“Participating Hotels”). A “Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one-night stay at a Participating Hotel on a Gold Point eligible rate with a check-in date on or after October 1, 2012 and check out date no later than December 31, 2012. Guest must be present at the Participating Hotel at both the time of check-in and check-out, enrolled in Club Carlson at or before the time of check-in, and registered in the Promotion no later than the time of check-out. The first 50,000 guests who complete the Promotion Registration will be eligible to receive a Free Night Award after booking online at or and after the completion of a Qualifying Stay. Only one Club Carlson member account will be credited for a Qualifying Stay and corresponding Free Night Award, if applicable. Limit one Free Night Award per member. It will take up to 14 business days after completion of the Qualifying Stay to receive the Free Night Award. Free Night Award is valid for one night’s stay at any Participating Hotel, inclusive of room rate and taxes. Free Night Award may be booked online for standard rooms (single or double occupancy) only after the member logs in to their Club Carlson account and are valid for stays completed by December 31, 2013. Free Night Award does not include incidental charges such as resort fees, room service and room entertainment. Free Night Award is nontransferable and has no cash value. If member wishes to book a stay for more than one night, member may redeem available Gold Points for the additional night(s), or, if member does not have sufficient Gold Points to redeem the additional night(s), member must book two separate reservations: one redeeming the Free Night Award, the other at a regular nightly rate.
