Delta is running a July 4th sale on flights to London. In order to take advantage of round-trip BusinessElite fares to London-Heathrow (LHR) from select U.S. cities for $1,776  you must book today, July 4, 2011 and travel before September 11, 2012.

I bet other carriers will match, so even if you don’t fly Delta, check your preferred carrier for similar fares.

I think the best deal is Los Angeles to London at $1,777 total! Even the $888 can be a steal, since $1,000+ Europe fares have been all too common this summer.

    I would have been really pissed had we kept the 80,000 Avios + $1600 in taxes + companion pass club world tickets from east coast -> LHR given this sale.

    LIT-MEM-DTW-BOS-LHR-DTW-GSO-ATL-LIT for $870 ai
    10,200 MQMs/8 MQSs
    Had a $300 voucher from a Voluntary Bump
    $570/10200=5.5cpm
