While I was on a Delta flight earlier this week, I launched my web browser and it directed me to the Gogo site to sign on for the internet. However, I saw an interesting banner about a chance to win a free iPad, so I clicked it, entered my information and seat number and while I didn’t win an iPad, I did win a free Gogo In-Flight Pass. When looking at the terms of conditions, it says they are giving away over 25,000 of these codes, so you might as well try since these are valid on any flight pass up to $14.95 (a 24-hour pass).
Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation.
The promo is called the Gogo Lucky Seat In-Air Instant Win Game and the prizes include 25,600 Gogo In-Flight Passes, Amazon Gift Cards and one iPad 3 16GB WiFi. This promotion runs from June 22-July 22 and you can only enter once per day, but you must be in-flight in order to play. I saw this ad on my Delta flight and the Terms and Conditions don’t specify if it’s only for Delta flights or if all airlines are participating so feel free to post below if you have had success on other airlines as well. My email mentions that new prizes will be added every month throughout the summer.
How To Play: During the promotion period, entrants who are on a selected participating flight with Gogo service may register for the promotion by launching the Gogo in-flight internet service on a laptop computer or other internet-enabled device, following the prompts on the landing page to the promotion site and entering his/her valid e-mail address and Seat Number on the Website and clicking “Submit.” The entrant will then be prompted to enter his/her complete first and last name (no initials), street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth, telephone number, and to acknowledge his/her agreement to abide by these Official Rules. After completing registration, each entrant will immediately receive a winning or losing Instant Win message.
And if you win then you will receive another email with your prize info.
Here are the rest of Delta’s Terms and Conditions. At the very least, it’s a way to kills a few minutes on a flight. Good luck!
