Sign-up Now For Club Carlson Promotions

Last week I wrote about three upcoming Club Carlson promotions that offer the opportunity to score multiple free nights at a potentially low out of pocket cost.

Registration is now open for the Radisson/Radisson Blu (registration link) and Country Inn and Suites (registration link) promotions. The third piece of the trifecta, the Park Inn promo, opens for registration on May 22, 2012.

Registration is limited, so sign-up now- even if you aren’t 100% sure you’ll be able to take advantage of any/all of them – better safe than sorry!

    Existing reservations appear to be not valid (terms and conditions). Do you agree?

    Yep, I saw the same thing in the T&C. Going to have to cancel my existing reservations and re-evaluate the trip I had planned to take advantage of this offer.

    Most rooms at properties I would use are going for about $100. And those same rooms cost 15000 points. So for my particular needs, I get 4 nights for $100 at a Radisson or Country Inn. A great deal. Thanks for the heads up Brian.

    How do you know you were among the first 100,000/35,000? The confirmation page seems ambiguous given the disclaimer located in the Ts&Cs at the foot of the page.

    Anyone know if “advanced purchase” rates @ Radisson are valid for the promo?

    Check your e-mail. I got two separate confirmations with clear language that I was now registered to earn 50,000/44,000 bonus points. Radisson came through immediately, but the Country Inn & Suites took a few hours.

    TPG (or anyone else…), what do you know about availability at the Radisson Blu in Chicago? I just checked the next two month’s worth of weekends and found zero availability for points rooms. Pretty unhappy about this as this was the reason I did the 50K points thing with them the first time around.

    WATCH OUT! Last year I registered plenty early, and the hotel never gave me the points for my stay. I just emailed them when I found out about this promotion, and they gave me points for the stay itself, but they refused to give me the 50K points for the last time. Last yeart they didn’t email confirmation for those who registered. I wouldn’t trust them-they ripped me off! TAKE SCREEN SHOTS. MAKE SURE YOUR POINTS POST.

    Got my confirmation email from RADISSON and COUNTRY INN & SUITES for the bonus points after a valid stay.

    Already have 3 free nights in Narita, JAPAN, thanks to TPG… but now I will have a whole week!!
    Just priced the rooms at RADISSON NARITA (Tokyo) for November 2012… they are going for about $130 US DOLLARS a night when booking ahead.

    The exchange rate is reasonable right now… but will probably tank again, considering the last 6 months of Yen activity. So glad I will have points to take care of the hotel!! YOU ROCK TPG!!

    I registered and actually had to stay in Baltmore 1-night at the Country Inn during Memorial weekend to visit my family. I just checked my account, and saw I was granted 44k bonus points! It worked!

    Just completed my qualifying stay at a Radisson Blu after registering for the 50,000 bonus point Radisson Blu offer on the Offer’s launch day … am looking forward to the combined 61,000 Gold Points I’ll receive for this stay! That, combined with an earlier 4,500 point bonus for registering for Carlson’s club, will give me 65,500 points – enough for two nights at the 28,000 Point mark with a few extra to spare or for a whopping 9 free nights at the 9,000 point base-hotel level!!
