2012 might still just be a few days old, but the dates have just been announced for this year’s Chicago Seminars where fellow frequent flyers and points junkies can get the latest news, strategies and first-hand access to some of the points world’s biggest players.
This year, the event will take place Friday-Sunday, October 12-14, again at the Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village near O’Hare.
Rooms at the hotel will be available to book at a special rate sometime next week—there will be threads on FlyerTalk and MilePoint when they become available. Do not book your room before then because your reservation won’t be honored as part of the Chicago Seminars block of rooms.
You might recall that last year I was one of the event sponsors, and gave a seminar on American Express Membership Rewards, hosted a get together for TPG readers, and gave out a variety of prizes to celebrate the launch of TravelCreditCards.com. You can read the wrap-up here.
I’ll be one of the event sponsors again and plan to give another presentation, plus there will be lots of TPG prizes and specials as well, so stay tuned for more news. Hope to see you in Chicago in October!
