Reminder: Vote on Where to Send Me and Win an Amex Gift Card

Today is the last day to vote on where to send me with 150,000 American Express points.

So far, Urubamba, Peru is in the lead, but a big push for Vieques could change that. Lucky for me, I’d love to go to both places (or even the St. Regis Punta Mita), so it doesn’t matter to me!

I’ll be giving away a $100 Amex gift card and 2 TPG VIP Memberships to 3 random commenters, so you might as well vote now and get a chance at a prize!

Just comment on this post and you’ll be entered to win. I’ll update later this week on my plans and how I’m using Amex points to make it happen.

    While I would agree that of the three Urubamba would be the most incerdible.. The time frame you propose makes Vieques the only realistic choce if you want balance relaxation with getting to the heart of a destination. Just not enough time in Peru!

    1. Peru, 2. Puerto Rico, 3. Mexico. You get pampered enough on the first class flights and fancy hotels . Add some adventure into your travels and visit Peru.

    Never been to Vieques but I’ve heard amazing things, and the Starwood W Hotel is supposed to be top notch. Have fun wherever you end up!

    I vote for Urubamba, Peru. The “Lost City” is available via train from Cuzco. Sounds amazing! I think you need to decide if you want to just relax @ a beautiful resort or adventure. If you want to relax I’d go toPunta de Mita, Mexico. If you want adventure, definitely Urubamba. Have fun whichever you choose!

    Be sure to visit Urubamba, Peru. It’s close to Macchu Pichu and it’s the 100th anniversary of it’s discovery. And, there are many cool ruins to explore: Ollataytambo, Pisac, Moray.     Vieques is the most beautiful beach ….. It’s breathtaking! If you are looking for pure relaxation, you could stay in Vieques the entire trip. If you want to do some site seeing you could go zip lining in the rainforest, go to bio bay or visit San Juan…. But beware, the boat ride can be very bumpy!! We took the fast boat, but it was still enough to make me sea sick…. It was so worth it though!!
