    Thanks for the links to the great articles TPG!
    The NYT article was the reason I started following your blog.
    I noticed the SPG AMEX is mentioned a few times in these articles as a preferred card for FFs. I know FTG also mentions this card as his go-to card. However, after reading some recent posts on Luckys and Garys blogs (about the SPG program), and knowing that transfers from the SPG card arent instantaneous, Im wondering if this is still a better card to use as your primary than the other AMEX cards (Gold, Platinum)? I dont have the Chase sapphire card yet, but that seems better than the SPG AMEX because of the transfer opportunities to Hyatt, CO and BA.
